Apprentices can be trained at Beco Précision since 1994 and at Cebo Injections since recently, during the entire time of their studies (3 or 4 years).
Students who are apprenticed to Beco or Cebo can be trained for different kinds of jobs such as polymechanic, designer or synthetic material engineer.
Every year, new apprentices make their entrance into the BCR Group. There are currently 6 apprentices for the BCR Group within the Vallorbe sites.
Every apprentice has his own material and workplace. Apprentices have also access to the common machine park.
Apprentices are assessed on a everyday basis.
Until today, when the end of their training comes, apprentices have always had the possibility to be hired by Beco or Cebo, if they wished to.
