The design team is made up of 4 designers, who dedicate their skills and experience to customer’s satisfaction. The work of the design team is mainly centered on injection molds design and realization.
Duroplasts and thermoplasts transformation techniques as well as MIM (Metal Injection Molding) and CIM (Ceramic Injection molding) are familiar to BCR designers. So they perfectly master these matters.
Designers’ skills are also used to participate in customers’ project development. The design team can partially or totally take charge of product realization, according to customer’s needs and requirements.
To sum up, the design team can take charge of the product from design to production approvement.
Regarding technical means, designers have several kinds of software, dedicated to specific applications.
The software Solidworks is used for product design as well as for molds.
For milling and erosion, the software used is Work NC, Mecanic, Peps and Esprit.
BCR can deal with most of the 2D and 3D files such as DXF, IGES, STEP, Pavasolid, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics and so on.
